•If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours in advance minimum. Cancelations after the 24 hour mark will be subject to full payment of scheduled appointment. Rescheduling after the 24 hour mark will result in a 50% service charge. No-shows are unacceptable, and may result in a booking ban. •Please call the salon if you are running late to your appointment, running more than 15 minutes late may require us to modify your service to stay on schedule. •If you need to make changes to your scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments. We do not allow same-day service downgrades.
